Refund policy

If for any reason you change your mind before the game ships out, I’ll be happy to process a refund. However, I cannot accept returns because of the prohibitively high cost of restocking games.

That said, if your game shows up damaged in any way, I absolutely want to fix that for you! Email us at help@deepdark.games with images documenting the damage, and I’ll get you a replacement as soon as possible!
